Eligibility: You can apply either as a company or as an individual. As a company you have to be established in Belgium. As an individual you have to be at least 18 years old and live in Belgium.

Application: Submit your application before 31 October 2023 through the form on the website. Your application will only be considered if you provide all the requested information.

Evaluation: The jury will evaluate and score all applications from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest, based on the novelty of the idea, the business opportunity and the societal impact. The jury’s decision is binding and the individual scores of jury members will remain anonymous.

Prize money: The 3 highest scoring ideas will win a cash prize to start developing their idea. The prize is € 20.000 for the first place,  € 10.000 for the second place and € 5.000 for the third place. The winners will be announced before 14 November 2023 and the prize money will be awarded before 14 December 2023.

Intellectual property: All IP generated will remain with you. You may choose to allow us to promote or develop the idea further.

Tax: The prize money might be subject to tax and it’s the responsibility of the applicant to duly follow applicable regulations. We as organisers cannot be held responsible for any tax consequences.
