Our space technology, a transmission and fluorescent imaging unit, found an application in a benchtop photoporator for Ghent University. A photoporator generates nanosized pores in the membrane of eukaryotic cells. Combining the technology of Lambda-X and Ghent University has interesting applications in the fields of tissue engineering and basic cell research.
